Data we collect
- Contact form fields: name, email, optional topic, message content.
- Enrollment and billing correspondence you send us.
- Technical logs: IP address, user agent, approximate timestamps.
- Cookie preferences stored locally in your browser (see Cookie Policy).
Purposes and legal bases
We process data to respond to inquiries, deliver educational programs, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations. Where Korean or applicable foreign privacy law requires consent for optional analytics, we rely on your cookie banner choice.
Retention
Contact messages are retained up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an ongoing enrollment or dispute. Technical logs are typically rotated within 90 days. Enrollment records are kept for the duration of the program plus up to seven years for accounting where required.
Sharing
We use processors for email hosting and, if you accept analytics cookies, aggregated usage measurement. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
International transfers
Our primary operations are in Korea. If processors store data in other countries, we take reasonable contractual and technical steps to protect it, including standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards where required.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Contact support@dataflow-core.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent Korean privacy authority.
Security
We apply administrative and technical measures appropriate to an educational site. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending recovery phrases or other secrets through the contact form.
Children
Services are directed to adults. If you believe we collected data from a child inappropriately, contact us for deletion.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a revised version with a new date. Material changes will be highlighted on this page when practicable.
