Acceptance

Educational purpose

Content describes review practices for air-gapped wallet desks as education. It is not financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice and does not create an advisory relationship.

Accounts and enrollment

Enrollment is arranged through contact channels. You must provide accurate contact information. We may refuse or terminate access for misuse, harassment, or attempts to extract others’ confidential materials from cohorts.

Intellectual property

Course materials, worksheets, branding, and site copy are owned by Dataflow Core or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal or internal team educational use. You may not resell, publicly republish, or train competing courses on our materials without written consent.

User content

If you share memos or comments in cohort spaces, you grant Dataflow Core a license to host and display that content for delivering the program. Do not upload secrets, recovery phrases, or personal data of others without a lawful basis.

Acceptable use

You may not attack the site, scrape at abusive rates, impersonate staff, or use educational materials to facilitate fraud. We may suspend access when we reasonably believe these rules are broken.

Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free content, or any security outcome from following educational examples. Hardware and policy decisions remain yours.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Korea, Dataflow Core and its instructors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the site or courses. Aggregate liability for claims relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific program giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim, or ₩100,000 if no fees were paid.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Dataflow Core against claims arising from your misuse of materials, your disclosure of secrets in cohort spaces, or your violation of these terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Korea shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised page with a new date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of material changes where permitted by law.
