Offline Signing Desk Review

Learn to document an air-gapped wallet desk the way a careful peer reviewer would: evidence first, boundaries named, dry-runs logged, memos reopenable.

Security-focused workspace with lock motif

Learning outcomes

  • Produce an intake pack with serial photos, seal notes, and cable inventory.
  • Draw a boundary map that names online, air-gapped, and crossing media.
  • Run a PSBT/QR dry-run and record every prompt without moving real funds.
  • Close a review memo peers can challenge with timestamps and open questions.

FAQ

Do I need specific wallet hardware?

Bring whatever device your team already uses for practice. We do not ship hardware and we do not certify devices. The worksheets assume you can photograph a serial and run a vendor-supported dry-run path.

Is this financial or investment advice?

No. Content is educational. Read Not Financial Advice and our Terms of Service.

What is a real limitation of this course?

We cannot reproduce your physical room layout or supply write-blockers. If your policy forbids phones near the desk, you must invent an alternate camera path — Module 1 notes the gap but cannot solve facilities constraints.

How long does Bench Pass access last?

Ninety days of materials access from activation. Cohort Desk adds scheduled live sessions during the six-week window.

Learner notes

Module 4’s prompt log template is what I still use. Module 5 felt thinner if you already run multisig — I wished for one more handoff scenario.

★★★★☆

Clearer than our internal wiki on seal photos. Still educational only — we looped legal separately.
